Why Telehealth, aka Telemedicine?

Telemedicine offers a convenient and flexible way to access healthcare without needing to visit a provider’s office. You can connect with your doctor from virtually anywhere—your home, workplace, or even your car—using a phone, tablet, or computer. It saves time by eliminating travel, time off work, and the need to arrange childcare. Telemedicine also helps reduce the spread of illnesses by avoiding in-person contact. With secure messaging and video or phone calls, communication with your provider becomes easier and more efficient. You can share health data like blood pressure remotely, allowing for better monitoring and care. Additionally, telemedicine can lead to quicker appointments and gives you access to a wider range of healthcare providers, even those located far from you.

  • Need a doctor's note for work, school, or other purposes? Our telemedicine service includes the option to obtain a comprehensive and professional doctor's note during your virtual visit. Once you've had your consultation, we'll provide you with a detailed note that outlines our recommendations. This convenient feature ensures that you receive the necessary documentation without the hassle of an in-person visit, making it easier to meet any requirements for time off, school excuses, or other documentation needs. Trust our telemedicine service to deliver both quality care and the official paperwork you need, all from the comfort of your home.

  • Cancellation Notice: Patients are required to provide cancellation notice within 24 hours after creating the appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
    Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after 24 hours of creating the appointment will be considered late cancellations and may incur a fee of $75.
    Late Arrival: Patients are expected to log in to their telemedicine appointments at the scheduled time. This allows for a full and uninterrupted consultation. If a patient arrives late, there will be a grace period of 5 minutes. After this time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. If a patient arrives within the grace period, the provider will assess whether there is enough time left to conduct a meaningful consultation. If the remaining time is insufficient, the appointment may be rescheduled, and the patient may incur a late cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances. If you anticipate being late, please contact our office as soon as possible to inform us. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and potentially accommodate your appointment.
    No-Shows: If a patient fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be classified as a no-show. No-shows may incur a fee of $75.
